Bayer Leverkusen target two players in their search for a new left-back

Bayer Leverkusen are said to be keeping tabs on Real Madrid's Theo Hernandez and Daley Sinkgraven from Ajax.
Bayer Leverkusen are reportedly looking to bring in a player who can compete with Wendell for the left-back position.

According to Sky, 'Die Werkself' are currently considering Real Madrid's Theo Hernandez and Daley Sinkgraven from Ajax.

Theo Hernandez - the brother of Lucas Hernandez, who will Bayern München this summer - has also attracted interest from Napoli and a couple of Spanish clubs, but could imagine joining Leverkusen, as per the report.

The 21-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Real Sociedad, is likely to be sent out on loan again, with a purchase option potentially included in the deal. His contract with Real Madrid runs until 2023.

As mentioned, Daley Sinkgraven from Ajax is another possibility. The 23-year-old already knows Bayer Leverkusen coach Peter Bosz, who coached Ajax from 2016 to 2017, and is under contract with the Dutch champions until 2020.
