Report: Dortmund and Lukasz Piszczek have reached agreement in principle over new deal

Lukasz Piszczek is expected to extend his contract with Borussia Dortmund by another year.
Borussia Dortmund and Lukasz Piszczek have agreed a deal in principle over a contract extension, according to Sport1.

The 34-year-old's current deal runs out in the summer, and he's apparently poised to sign a one-year extension.

However, due to the corona crisis, talks between the right-back and the club have been at a standstill in recent weeks, as per the report.

Piszczek has previously admitted that he would like to stay at Dortmund for another year.

He joined the club from Hertha in 2010 and has played a total of 354 games in a BVB shirt, racking up 18 goals and 64 assists.
