In a thrilling Bundesliga clash, VfB Stuttgart dismantled FC Augsburg 5-2, leaving fans buzzing at the WWK Arena. Midfielder Angelo Stiller, who played a key role in Stuttgart’s dominance, later addressed the media with a calm but pointed message about Germany’s national team selection.

On the match, Stiller said: “I think it was important tonight to take an early lead. We did that, and the game was easier for us.” About his own role, he added: “Me making runs in behind? Well, I’m not the fastest, but the spaces were there today.”

On the national team, he remained calm: “I haven’t checked my phone yet; I was playing. If the DFB decided to include me, then that's great.” He continued, showing respect for the coach’s choices: “I think if the national coach has an idea and nominates players accordingly, we have to trust that.”

Stuttgart fans left the stadium thrilled by the attacking display, while Stiller’s measured comments suggested a player ready for the National team.
