Leverkusen coach Peter Bosz praises 'very complete' Santiago Arias
Bayer Leverkusen coach Peter Bosz has heaped praise on new signing Santiago Arias before Saturday's Bundesliga game against RB Leipzig.
Santiago Arias could make Bayer Leverkusen's squad for the time for Saturday's Bundesliga clash against RB Leipzig.
The former PSV Eindhoven full-back has made a positive first impression on Leverkusen coach Peter Bosz after joining 'Die Werkself' on loan from Atlético Madrid on Thursday.
"He has only trained with us for the first time. We will go day by day and decide when the time is right for him to play. But my first impression is that he's a good fit," said Bosz ahead of Saturday's encounter with RB Leipzig.
"I already knew Santiago Arias as an opponent in the Netherlands, where he played for one of the top teams and was used quite offensively. At Atletico, he played a more defensive role. This combination makes him a very complete player, who will help us," added the former Ajax coach.
Arias spent five seasons at PSV before joining Atlético in 2018.
