Eintracht Frankfurt defender Arthur Theate has attracted interest from Nottingham Forest, according to The Athletic.

The report claims that the Premier League side have made contact with the player’s representatives, but are yet to make a formal move for the Belgian international.

Bournemouth are also mentioned as suitors for Theate, who is expected to cost around €20 million.

The 26-year-old is a natural centre-back but is also capable of playing on the left side of defence.

He has been with Eintracht since the summer of 2024 and is under contract until 2029.
