Reports: Nürnberg seek loan deal for SGE prospect Collins

Both Germany's preeminent footballing publication and its main sporting tabloid report that Eintracht Frankfurt talent Nmandi Collins is on the verge of being loaned out to 1. FC Nürnberg.

After making his professional debit for Hessen's RheinMainAdler this season, Eintracht Frankfurt prospect Nmandi Collins is reportedly on the verge of being loaned out to 1. FC Nürnberg. This is reported by both Germany's Kicker Magazine and the Bundesrepublik's "Sport Bild" tabloid. The 20-year-old made two appearances for the SGE senior team this season, earning his first Bundesliga start in a match-day 28 fixture against Werder Bremen.

Kicker reports that newly installed 1. FCN head-coach Miroslav Klose is very keen on acquiring the German U20 international, possibly even prepared him a chance to securing a starting slot in central defense alongside the recently acquired Robin Knoche. Collins himself scored a goal for Eintracht in a test match this weekend. His contract in Frankfurt runs through 2028.
