Tottenham make offer to Leverkusen for Hincapié
According to Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham have approached Bayer Leverkusen with an offer to sign Piero Hincapié.

Following reports that Piero Hincapié has decided to leave Bayer Leverkusen, Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly stepped up their pursuit of the 23-year-old centre-back.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Spurs have made an offer to Leverkusen in the form of a loan with an obligation to buy for €60 million.
Tottenham are also reportedly in direct talks with Hincapié, aiming to beat Premier League rivals Chelsea and Arsenal to his signature.
Hincapié was in tears following Leverkusen’s 2-1 home defeat to Hoffenheim on Saturday, which is likely to have been his final appearance for Die Werkself.
