Sky Germany understands that FC Barcelona is now preparing a new and improved second offer for Karim Adeyemi.

The bid will be worth €20million plus €10million in bonuses, with an improved bonus structure to make the add-ons easier to achieve.

Even though the Catalan side's initial bid was rejected this morning, Barça and Borussia Dortmund remain in talks.

Despite that, Barça are unwilling to exceed €30million, as Adeyemi has just one year remaining on his contract.

As previously revealed since the start, the 24-year-old has already agreed personal terms on a five-year contract with Barcelona.

Meanwhile, a Spanish source suggested Barcelona could try tempt BVB with a player plus cash deal for the speedy attacker.
