Reports of Bayern working on long-term deal for Lennart Karl contradicted
Contrary to what was recently reported, FC Bayern are not currently working on a new contract for Lennart Karl, according to Kicker.

However, Kicker has now contradicted that report, stating that a long-term extension is not currently on the table. Karl is focused on continuing his impressive performances rather than negotiating a new deal, as per the German football magazine.
Multiple reports have suggested that Karl’s contract will automatically be converted into a professional deal until 2029 on his 18th birthday next month.
With this three-year extension already set, a further long-term agreement is not urgently needed.
Most recently, Karl started in Bayern’s 8-1 demolition of Wolfsburg on Sunday.
