Leonardo Bittencourt could be set to leave Werder Bremen in summer, according to the latest report from FußballTransfers.com

The 32-year-old is already believed to be in deep discussions with several clubs in Saudi Arabia's Pro League.

Al Shabab had already made Bittencourt a lucrative offer last summer, but at the time he wanted to stay with Bremen for another year .

Bittencourt's contract is now expiring, and despite internal thoughts of offering him a new deal, everything points to him leaving on a free transfer.

Meanwhile, fellow Bundesliga outfit 1.FC Union Berlin recently expressed interest, with a move to Brazil or MLS also showing potential.
