Doekhi open to leaving Union Berlin as new suitors emerge

According to reports, Valencia and Besiktas have joined the race for Danilho Doekhi, who is open to a move away from 1. FC Union Berlin.

      After three years in the German capital, Danilho Doekhi could be on the move this summer.

      Italian transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano reports that Valencia and Besiktas have joined clubs from England and Italy in showing interest in the centre-back.

      According to him, Doekhi is open to a move away from Union Berlin - a claim supported by Bild.

      According to the German tabloid, no club has officially approached Union so far, with Doekhi’s contract including a release clause reportedly in the high single-digit million euros.

      Doekhi has been an important player for Union in recent seasons and featured in every single Bundesliga game during the 2024/25 campaign.
