Hamburger SV's Raif Adam on the verge of joining SV Elversberg with immediate effect, according to Sky Germany.

Transfer journalist Florian Plettenberg believes negotiations are complete for the talented 20-year-old winger.

It is expected be a permanent deal with a buy-back option for HSV while Elversberg will pay a fixed €400,000 fee plus bonuses.

The Saarland club don't plan on stopping their raid there – they are also said to be interested in HSV's Maurice Boakye.

Boakye has been in fine form so far this campaign 12 goals and 3 assists in the Regionalliga Nord for HSV's U23 team.

A technically gifted striker, he's under contract with HSV until summer 2026. A transfer in winter or next summer is possible.
