17-year-old Lennart Karl has been a revelation for Bayern Munich this season, scoring three goals and providing two assists in 14 games so far.

Most recently, he started and played a key role in Bayern’s 6-2 victory over Freiburg, and Harry Kane believes the youngster can make the difference again when they face Arsenal in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

“He's ready for a game like this. He's proven that time and time again,” Kane said at a press conference on Tuesday evening.

"You can see his confidence, how well he performs under pressure. He's fast, agile and difficult to cover. He's a good player and we're very happy to see what he can do.

"He needs to keep working hard with a great coach who gives him freedom but also makes sure he doesn't take too many risks. I hope he can continue to make the difference."
