Tolisso questionable for Bayern, Stuttgart without Sosa
Bayern München head-coach Julian Nagelsmann did not give a post-training press conference following the squad's final session before Tuesday's trip to Stuttgart.
The absence of Leon Goretzka and only light running laps for Corentin Tolisso suggests that the 34-year-old may have to get a bit creative in building his midfield.
Meanwhile, hosts Stuttgart will have to do without their buccaneering wingback Borna Sosa.

Musiala looks to be fit and ready despite a slight wrist fracture. Reporters at Germany's main sporting tabloid were on hand to witness the youngster complete Bayern's final training session on Monday afternoon. The hand injury shouldn't affect his ability to play.
Tolisso, on the other hand, only ran a few laps on Monday. The Frenchman suffered a hamstring injury in Saturday's win. Nagelsmann has acknowledged that his French midfielder is "banged up." Goretzka (patella tendon problems) was absent from training altogether, almost certainly suggesting that he will be unavailable.

All of this might translate to a start for Marcel Sabitzer, who rejoined the full squad sessions after a three-week absence with a calf injury. Nagelsmann noted that Sabitzer might get the nod "if it made sense". The Austrian international, who followed Nagelsmann from Leipzig this offseason, has only been training with the ball again since Thursday.
Despite the midfield question marks, Bayern can still be considered heavy favorites on their trip to Baden-Württemberg. Stuttgart continue to have injury problems of their own. VfB head-coach Pellegrino Matarazzo confirmed that pivotal left wingback Borna Sosa's back problems would keep him out against the league leaders.
Stuttgart will also be without attackers Roberto Massimo (done for the rest of the calendar year with a knee capsule injury), Philipp Klement (COVID), and Nikolas Nartey (knee problems).

It was inadvertently revealed by Matarazzo at a post-match press conference on Saturday night that attacking midfielder Daniel Didavi missed the recently completed game against Wolfsburg due to incomplete vaccination status that prevented him from staying at the team hotel.
Didavi's availability remains unknown.
