After another long stretch spent on FC Bayern München's bench, French central midfielder Michaël Cuisance finds himself once again frustrated. Speaking to Germany's main sporting tabloid just before Christmas, the 22-year-old again voiced his desire to sit down with the FCB and discuss his situation.

"I really want more assignments, more minutes," Cuisance told Sport Bild shortly before Christmas, "Maybe I need to take off. I still firmly believe that I can have a great career."

Since being signed from Borussia Mönchengladbach in August of 2019, Cuisance has never really managed to crack the Bayern first team. After making just nine relief appearances during the 2019/20 season, Cuisance spent the 2020/21 campaign out on loan at Olympique Marseille. He's played just twelve minutes this year.

Several clubs in the player's native France are said to be interested in acquiring him on loan this year, but the latest reports from Sky Germany suggest that the FCB wishes to be rid of him entirely at this point. Accordingly, Germany's record champions are currently mulling over two purchase offers in the €10 million range, as per Sky.

Sky holds that the two interested clubs are ZSKA Moscow of the Russian Premiership and Venezia FC of Italy's Serie A. Bayern purchased Cuisance for approximately €7 million in 2019, meaning they stand to make a small transfer gain.
