Gladbach released a statement sharing that while Florian Neuhaus luckily did not tear his ACL, Ko Itakura is now also injured.

Itakura has impressed to start the year, but could now be out until the World Cup. Both players do not require surgery, but this badly hurts for a Gladbach side who are already without Alassane Plea and Nico Elvedi.
Gladbach play at home to RB Leipzig on Saturday.
Florian Neuhaus suffered a partial rupture of the posterior cruciate ligament injury during #SCFBMG, while @kougogo1270 suffered a partial rupture to his medial collateral ligament in training. Surgery is not required but the pair will be out for the foreseeable. Get well soon 💚 pic.twitter.com/Su6EjypJ92
