Borussia Mönchengladbach vs. Stuttgart preview: Can Stuttgart end their winless away run?
Borussia Mönchengladbach will look to avoid a fourth consecutive victory when they play host to a Stuttgart side who are still searching for their first away league win in 2022.

Gladbach have struggled in recent weeks after losing their last three games in all competitions.
Die Fohlen looked on course to claim all three points against Union Berlin when Nico Elvedi gave Daniel Farke's side a first half lead. Unfortunately for Gladbach, Kevin Behrens equaliser 11 minutes from time, before Danilho Doekhi snatched the winner in the seventh minute of stoppage time.
Their recent poor form leaves them in 11th place, but they are still only three points adrift of the top six.
While Gladbach are still searching for their first away win of the season, they have won four of their six home matches, scoring 13 goals in that period.
Although Farke will be pleased with his side's home form, the Gladbach boss may be slightly concerned by his team's recent defensive displays. In their opening seven league games, they conceded five goals compared to the 14 they have shipped in their previous five Bundesliga matches.

Farke has confirmed that Hofmann is available after missing the last two matches through injury, while the Gladbach head coach has also stated that Ramy Bensebaini has shaken off a knock, although Elvedi is a doubt due to illness.
Meanwhile, the hosts are still without the services of Yann Sommer, Stefan Lainer,
Hannes Wolf, Ko Itakura and Florian Neuhaus.

While the wait for a permanent manager continues, Stuttgart interim boss Michael Wimmer will continue to lead the team.
Wimmer has managed to improve Stuttgart's fortunes since take over from the reins from Pellegrino Matarazzo. In his opening two games, Stuttgart cruised to a 4-1 victory over Bochum and thrashed Arminia Bielefeld 6-0 in the DFB Pokal.
They were hammered 5-0 by Borussia Dortmund in their most recent away game, but they returned to winning ways last weekend with a dramatic victory over Augsburg.
Stuttgart fell behind in the fourth minute, but Sehrou Guirassy wasted little time in finding an equaliser. The contest looked set to finish all square until Waldemar Anton scored the winning goal in stoppage time to snatch all three points.
As a result of the victory, Stuttgart sit in 15th place with two points separating them from the bottom three.
The visitors may have won their last two home league games, but they have failed to win in any of their previous 15 away matches in the Bundesliga.
Stuttgart will at least draw inspiration from their recent head-to-head record with Gladbach after avoiding defeat in their previous five Bundesliga meetings.

Wimmer has confirmed that Dan-Axel Zagadou will miss out through illness, while Tanguy Coulibaly and Enzo Millot are also sidelined for the visitors.
