Report: Three Bundesliga sides interested in Armenian talent

Russian sports journal Metaratings reports that three Bundesliga clubs are interested in Armenian attacking midfielder Eduard Spertsyan of FK Krasnodar.

Borussia Mönchengladbach - reported to have attempted to acquire the 22-year-old last summer - are said to be preparing to make another push.

Attacking midfielder Eduard Spertsyan is, according to Russian sports tipping magazine Metaratings, set to make the jump to a larger European league this summer. The 15-times-capped Armenian international has registered 18 points for FK Krasnodar in the Russian Premiership this season, in the process pushing his estimated market worth up to €9 million.

The 22-year-old was apparently in the sights of Borussia Mönchengladbach last offseason, but the foals couldn't get a deal through. Metaratings reports that the foals haven't given up on the attacking midfielder and also claims that SC Freiburg and Bayer 04 Leverkusen are interested. Several Serie A sides are thought to have the youngster - under contract with his Russian club through 2026 - in their sights.
