Bayern München president Herbert Hainer says the club will be able to bring in 'an international star' despite the current crisis.
Bayern München are capable of bringing in 'an international star' every year, says club president Herbert Hainer.

"Our goal is always to have a team that can win the Champions League," Hainer said in an interview with Kicker.

"We will try to bring in an international star year after year if possible and necessary. We can manage that," he continued.

Hainer emphasizes that Bayern remain financially well-positioned despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

"We are one of the most successful and financially stable clubs in the world. Nobody combines sport and business as efficiently as we do," the Bayern president said and added:

"Evert player here should consider himself lucky. Despite the corona crisis, We are able to extend the contracts of our top players and pay our employees their full salaries."
