Jerome Roussillon (VfL Wolfsburg), defender - 8.4M
The physically strong left-back was a constant threat in Wolfsburg's 2-2 draw with Hertha BSC and showed on several occasions that he has the ability to shoot from distance. At the price of just 8.4M, and with fixtures against Freiburg and Mainz coming up, he looks like a very good option.
Wendell (Bayer Leverkusen), defender - 10.9M
It's no secret that Bayer Leverkusen haven't exactly had the best start to the season, and therefore, it's obviously a bit of a gamble to bring in players from 'Die Werkself' at this point. But with the obvious quality in the Leverkusen team and manageable games against Mainz and Fortuna Düsseldorf coming up, it may be worth taking a punt on them. A possiblity is Wendell who - besides being a technically good defender who likes to go forward - also looks like the first-choice penalty taker after scoring from the penalty spot against Bayern München last week.
Mario Gomez (VfB Stuttgart), striker - 13.4M
Mario Gomez is a natural born goalscorer, and he showed that once again last week with two well-taken goals in the 3-3 draw versus SC Freiburg. This time around, Stuttgart are big favourites for the meeting with Bundesliga newcomers Fortuna Düsseldorf with Gomez looking likely to get on the scoresheet again. In the following game, Stuttgart clash with RB Leipzig who have shown big defensive weaknesses so far this season, conceding seven times in three matches. Another striker to consider is RB Leipzig's Timo Werner, but the German international is prone to minor injuries, and he is much more likely to be rotated than Gomez is.
If you're looking for line-ups, here's how the Bundesliga teams could line up for matchday four.
