Speaking on the Bild podcast 'Bayern-Insider', Falk reported that the German champions are in agreement with the RB Leipzig captain, who has one year left on his contract.

In order to complete the move, the two clubs must now agree on a transfer fee, with 'Die Roten Bullen' reportedly holding out for at least €18 million for the Austrian international.

L'Equipe recently reported that Bayern are looking to offload Corentin Tolisso to generate a bit of revenue before concluding a deal for Sabitzer.
