Germany and Bayern legend Gerd Müller has died
Germany and FC Bayern München legend Gerd Müller has passed away.

Müller, nicknamed 'Der Bomber', passed away on Sunday morning at the age of 75.
Müller played 62 matches for West Germany, scoring 68 goals. The legendary forward spent almost his entire career at Bayern München, netting 476 times in 541 matches. He scored 365 goals in the Bundesliga - more than any other player.
He won numerous titles during his career - including the European Championship in 1972, the World Cup in 1974, four Bundesliga titles and three European Cup titles.
"Today is a sad, dark day for FC Bayern and all its fans. Gerd Müller was the greatest striker there’s ever been, and a fine person and character of world football," said FC Bayern president Herbert Hainer.
"We’re all united in deep mourning with his wife Uschi as well as his family. FC Bayern wouldn’t be the club we all love today without Gerd Müller. His name and memory will live on forever.”
