Tabakovic snubs Gladbach and leaves Hoffenheim for RB Salzburg move

The physical marksman has agreed to join one of the Austrian Bundesliga's strongest clubs in RB Salzburg.

According to exclusive information from Sky Germany this afternoon, Haris Tabakovic is destined for a move to RB Salzburg.

The 32-year-old has already agreed to the transfer, and a full agreement has been reached with the player's parent club TSG Hoffenheim. 

A medical examination is scheduled for Friday, after which Tabakovic is set to sign a contract running until the summer 2029. 

Furthermore, the Sinsheim outfit will pocket around a transfer fee is around €5million for the Bosnia & Herzegovina international.

Borussia Mönchengladbach, whom the striker was on loan at last season, had hoped to retain his services but couldn't afford him.

RB managing director Marcus Mann initiated this transfer coup for the marksman who bagged 13 goals in the Bundesliga last season.
