Five German-based players are in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s starting lineup for the game against Qatar. Both teams only have a single point to their names after the first two rounds in Group B.
A draw would most likely end the tournament for both teams, while four points is going to be enough for one of the best third-placed spots to join the Round of 32. Schalke duo Nikola Katić and Edin Džeko start for Sergej Barbarez's team, while goalkeeper Nikola Vasilj (St. Pauli) and striker Ermedin Demirović (Stuttgart) also kept their places.
Bayer Leverkusen’s new signing Kerim Alajbegović is also on the starting lineup for the second game running. The 18-year-old attacker would rejoin the Bundesliga side after the end of the tournament.
