Bayern Munich and VfB Stuttgart are now negotiating the transfer of Nick Woltemade, according to Sky Germany.

No written offer has been made yet, but Stuttgart expect an initial bid to arrive today, the report claims.

While it has been reported that Stuttgart are demanding as much as €100 million for Woltemade, Sky maintains the actual price expectation is between €60 and €70 million.

However, with Bayern unwilling to pay a fee in that range, negotiations could drag on for some time.

Including a player such as Paul Wanner in the deal has been suggested as a possible way for Bayern to bridge the gap.

Bayern and Woltemade are reportedly already in agreement on a contract lasting until 2030.
