As Sky Germany and BILD report, an incident occurred involving Jobe Bellingham during Borussia Dortmund's 3-3 draw with St.Pauli.
The English star's parents reportedly found their way into the locker room after the final whistle at the Millerntor-Stadion in Hamburg.
Since father Mark and mother Denise are familiar faces among BVB staff, security personnel granted them unhindered access.
There followed a meeting with sporting director Sebastian Kehl, for whom Mark Bellingham apparently had plenty of critical words to say.
According to reports, Bellingham's father is said to have been very emotional in his criticism of Borussia's performance and son's substitution.
BVB coach Niko Kovač was merciless on Saturday evening as he hooked Jobe Bellingham off the field after just 45 minutes.
At the press conference, Kovač revealed that he was very dissatisfied with the way the entire team before the break and anyone could have been subbed.
For BVB officials, Bellingham's parents clearly crossed a line. Kehl made it clear on Sunday that such an incident would not be repeated.
"We are all disappointed with yesterday's result. And yet, the active area is and remains reserved for players, coaches, and management, not families and advisors.
"That will not happen again. We have clearly informed everyone involved of this," Kehl explained, as Sky and BILD report.
