FC Bayern Frauen host Juventus with the hope of recovering from last week’s heavy defeat in Barcelona. Despite their slow start in Serie A, Juventus began their European campaign with a narrow home win against Benfica.
With the injury crisis at Bayern, José Antonio Barcala had to shuffle his squad for the key Champions League fixture. Maria Grohs replaces injured Ena Mahmutovic in goal, while Linda Dallmann starts in midfield for the hosts. The Spaniard coach also preferred the center-back partnership of Stine Ballisager and Glódís Perla Viggósdóttir.
