Bayer Leverkusen are concretely interested in Borussia Dortmund target Facundo Buonanotte, according to Sky Germany.

However, Leverkusen have gotten similar feedback to what BVB received from Brighton regarding the Argentine talent.

Dortmund had offered a loan for €2-3million with a €25million option to buy, but ultimately found their offer rejected.

In an ideal world, Brighton would like to loan the 20-year-old within the Premier League for a couple of reasons.

One such benefit is that they're only allowed to loan out a maximum of six players to non-British countries.

It remains to be seen whether Leverkusen will submit an offer or will Dortmund try their luck for a second time.
