Sky Germany transfer journalist Patrick Berger reports that Manchester United are stepping up their pursuit of Felix Nmecha.
Christopher Vivell, Director of Recruitment at the Premier League club, remains in close contact with the player’s camp.
Meanwhile, as previously reported, Manchester City, Liverpool and Real Madrid are all keeping a close eye on the 25-year-old's situation.
A move to the English topflight is viewed as a realistic option in the future for the German international midfielder.
Ultimately, for now, Nmecha is happy at Dortmund and is fully focused on the World Cup with Julian Nagelsmann's side.
With the start of the new season, Nmecha is set to move into the salary bracket previously occupied by Niklas Süle.
