Report: Liverpool want to pay more to get Keita now

Liverpool are reportedly ready to pay more to get Naby Keita already this winter.

It has been clear for some time that Naby Keita is moving from RB Leipzig to Liverpool. But it is possible that the transfer will happen already this winter instead of in the summer.

According to Bild, Liverpool are willing to pay the agreed price of €75 million plus an additional sum of €15 million - but only if Keita makes the switch to Anfield now.

The 22-year-old midfielder joined RB Leipzig from RB Salzburg in 2016. Since then, he has played 61 matches and scored 20 goals for the Bundesliga club.
