Nicolas Gonzalez signs new Stuttgart deal
VfB Stuttgart have extended Nicolas Gonzalez's contract by a further year.
Nicolas Gonzalez has signed a contract extension with VfB Stuttgart.
The Argentinian international's contract, which was due to expire in 2023, has been extended by a further year until 2024.
"We are very pleased with how Nico has developed over the past months. He has been an important factor in his return to the Bundesliga and he has demonstrated his qualities in the current season - both in the VfB jersey and with the Argentinian national team," said Stuttgart sporting director Sven Mislintat.
"Nico feels comfortable with VfB and we believe he will continue his positive development. Therefore this contract extension is a logical step for both sides. We are very much looking forward to our common future with Nico."
