In addition to their long-term absentees Joshua Kimmich and Alphonso Davies, the Bavarians will also be without Corentin Tolisso, who made his return from a muscle injury in Saturday's 3-1 win over Stuttgart.
"I can confirm that Manuel Neuer, Robert Lewandowski and Leon Goretzka won't travel tomorrow. Corentin Tolisso also won't make it. We hope he will be back on Saturday against Leipzig," FC Bayern coach Hansi Flick said at the pre-match press conference.
Alexander Nübel is set to make his Champions League debut for Bayern in Neuer's absence while Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting could fill in for Lewandowski up front.
Bayern have already booked their spot in the last-16, having won all of their four games so far.
