19-year-old Zagłębie Lubin midfielder Marcel Regula was heavily linked with a move to Borussia Dortmund during the summer transfer window, but ultimately remained in Poland.
According to Bild, however, the Black and Yellows have not given up on their pursuit of the youngster and could make another attempt to bring him to Germany when the transfer window reopens in January.
However, Dortmund may need to sell a player first to make room for Regula in the squad.
One of the 19-year-old’s biggest strengths is his versatility. A natural attacking midfielder, Regula can also operate on either wing or lead the line.
He has scored two goals in nine games for Zagłębie Lubin so far this season.
