Werder Bremen will let go of Issa Kaboré and André Silva - they will leave the club at the end of the 2024/25 season. Bremen signed both players on a 6-month-loan-deal in January 2025.

Bremen boss Peter Niemeyer confirmed the departures of both players in an interview with “Bild”:

“Players like Milos Veljkovic and Tony Jung, who have done great things for the club, will be leaving us. I'm sure the public will give them a fitting send-off on Saturday. This also includes Abdenego Nankishi, Oliver Burke and the loan players André Silva and Issa Kaboré.”

Both players struggled to find their way into the starting eleven; Kaboré managed to feature in 9 games for Bremen, Silva played only 8 games. While Kaboré willl be returning to Manchester City, Silva will once again return to RB Leipzig.
