Heidenheim need a win over Köln away from home to stand a chance of survival on the final day in the Bundesliga. The hosts are already safe after St. Pauli and Wolfsburg were defeated on Saturday.

Frank Schmidt is without Jonas Föhrenbach, who has suffered from a concussion and a nasal fracture in last week’s 3-3 draw away at champions FC Bayern. Diant Ramaj is surprisingly replaced by Frank Feller in Heidenheim's goal.

Eric Martel is out with 10 yellow cards for Köln, while four more players are in danger of missing the last game of the season at home against Bayern. Florian Kainz and Dominique Heintz will be expected to come off the bench for their last home game.

Here is how the two teams line up for today's game.

Confirmed Lineups

Köln: Schwäbe ©; Sebulonsen, Schmied Özkacar, Lund; Krauß, Johannesson; Maina, Kaminski, Bülter; El Mala

Heidenheim: Feller; Behrens, Fohrenbach, Mainka ©, Traoré; Schöppner, Dorsch; Dinkci, Pieringer, Ibrahimovic; Zivzivadze
