Gladbach and Werder Bremen courting Augsburg's Elvis Rexhbecaj

According to information from Kicker.de, both Borussia Mönchengladbach and Werder Bremen have Elvis Rexhbecaj on their shortlist.
Gladbach approached Rexhbecaj back in the winter to prepare for the loss of Rocco Reitz who will join RB Leipzig in summer.
Meanwhile, Werder Bremen are also interested the Kosovan international, with loanee Cameron Puertas set to move on after the season ends.
Romano Schmid also has doubts lingering over his future despite some reports suggesting he could yet extend his contract at Bremen.
After stints at Wolfsburg, 1.FC Köln, VfL Bochum and Augsburg, Rexhbecaj has amassed over 210 Bundesliga appearances.
The left-footed midfielder has contributed 12 goals and 9 assists in that time, and reported has lots of admirers.
