Borussia Mönchengladbach are closely monitoring Union Berlin's Benedict Hollerbach, according to Sky Germany.

The report reveals that Die Fohlen have gathered "detailed information" on the 23-year-old striker, who has been a standout performer for Union this season. Hollerbach has netted eight goals and provided four assists in 30 appearances so far.

In a separate report, Kicker suggests that Gladbach, along with Augsburg, are also interested in Fabian Rieder, who is currently on loan at Stuttgart from Stade Rennes.

Rieder began his loan spell strongly, but has since fallen down the pecking order at MHPArena. The 23-year-old attacking midfielder’s contract with Rennes runs until 2027, making another loan move a likely possibility.
