Reports: Leipzig take interest in two young Liverpool talents

Separate English sources are reporting that German Champions' League representatives RB Leipzig have their eye on a pair of young Liverpool prospects.

Two English youth internationals are reportedly in the sights of Germany's RB Leipzig. England's "Times" newspaper reports that the German Red Bulls are keen on acquiring 21-year-old midfielder Tyler Morton while LFC club insider Dave Ockop claims that teenage midfield talent Bobby Clark could spend next season playing in Saxony. The former has also been linked with a move to Eintracht Frankfurt.

Should either one of the youngsters move to the Bundesliga, it appears as if it will be on a loan deal. The Reds don't wish to allow Morton to depart for a transfer fee of less than €20 million, but are thought to be amenable to parking him in a locale at which he can gain playing time for developmental purposes. Morton has already completed loan stints with Hull City and Blackburn Rovers.

Clark has significantly less professional experience, but has still made 12 appearances across all competitions for Liverpool's senior team over the past two seasons. Clark has been capped ten times at England U20 level and below. Morton has netted once for the England U21s and recorded eight scorer points (three goals and five assists) for Hull in the EFL championship last year.
