Luis Díaz has hit the ground running at Bayern Munich following his summer move from Liverpool, scoring three goals and providing two assists in his first four games for the German champions

Unsurprisingly, the 28-year-old winger is thrilled with how quickly he has settled in at his new club.

“It's definitely always special to play for a big club, and Bayern is one of the big clubs. They gave me an incredible welcome and treated me well,” Díaz said at a press conference with the Colombian national team (via @iMiaSanMia).

“That's very important to integrate quickly, and they did that really well. I'm very happy. I joined the right team, the right group. I'll continue to work hard with both feet on the ground and focus on what's to come. This was just the beginning.”

Díaz started in Colombia's 3-0 win over Bolivia on Thursday, providing an assist.
