FC Köln coach Steffen Baumgart confirms he has no release clause

There is no release clause in Steffen Baumgart's contract with FC Köln.

Explaining the reason why, the 49-year-old told Bild:
"Name a club in Germany that is bigger than 1. FC Köln. There are only three."
In terms of members, only FC Bayern München, Borussia Dortmund and Schalke 04 are bigger than 'The Billy Goats'.
Baumgart joined Köln from Paderborn ahead of this season on a contract until 2023.
FC Köln have taken eight points from their first five Bundesliga games of the season, meaning they sit sixth ahead of Sunday's matches.
