Greuther Fürth vs Gladbach preview: Kleeblätter aiming to make it three games without defeat
Borussia Mönchengladbach will be looking to extend their unbeaten run to four matches, but Greuther Fürth will be determined to avoid defeat for the third consecutive game.

Fürth enter the final six matches, knowing that these are likely to be their final batch Bundesliga games for at least another year with the bottom-placed side 11 points adrift of safety.
Stefan Leitl's side may be heading through the trap door in the near future, but they still have the chance to end their campaign on a high. However, chances of Fürth finishing the season on the front foot may be slim as they enter Saturday's contest winless in their last six games.
Saturday's visitors can at least be encouraged by back-to-back goalless draws, with consecutive clean sheets greatly appreciated by a side that have conceded 70 Bundesliga goals this season.
Fürth have won just three league matches this season, and they will be hoping to draw inspiration from the fact that all of those victories have taken place at home.

Leitl has stated that Simon Asta will come into the side to replace Marco Meyerhofer, who sustained a serious ankle injury last weekend. Meyerhofer will miss the rest of the season, and he joins an injury list that features Paul Seguin and Jeremy Dudziak.
Borussia Mönchengladbach
Gladbach have alleviated their relegation fears in the last few weeks after picking up seven points from their previous three matches. Gladbach dispatched Hertha BSC before they claimed a 2-0 win over Bochum in a contest that was abandoned due to crowd trouble.
Die Fohlen were unable to clinch a third consecutive victory last weekend, when they played host to Mainz. Breel Embolo gave his side a half time lead in that encounter, but Gladbach were denied a point when Karim Onisiwo grabbed an equaliser in the 73rd minute.
With eight points separating them from the bottom three, Gladbach will believe that they are relatively safe, but a victory on Saturday would all but secure their Bundesliga place. Hopes of such a result will be high after Adi Hütter's side thrashed Fürth 4-0 in the reverse fixture.

Gladbach are expected to welcome back Marcos Thuram and Jonas Hofmann, who have recovered from their respective injuries. They will, however, be without the services of Tony Jantschke, Marvin Friedrich and Luca Netz.
