Frankfurt boss: We could lose Jovic, Haller and Rebic this summer
Luka Jovic, Sebastien Haller and Ante Rebic could potentially all leave Eintracht Frankfurt this summer, says Fredi Bobic.
Eintracht Frankfurt could potentially goodbye to their front trio of Ante Rebic, Luka Jovic and Sebastien Haller this summer, says the club's board member Fredi Bobic.
The three offensive stars, who scored 57 goals between them during the 2018/19 season, have all been linked with moves away from Commerzbank-Arena, and Bobic admits they could all be sold during the transfer window.
"We don't even have to sell one of them for financial reasons. But if you look at it reasonably, everything can happen. Of course we could lose all three of them," Bobic told Bild and added:
"At some point, other forces will come into play. This has nothing to do with deciding against Eintracht for them. Sometimes, it's not just about the transfer fee. But of course we're participating a lot in this.
"What's also nice for Eintracht is that we're dealing with such sums of money. That's something you can live on and invest in the future."
Jovic has spent the last two seasons on loan at Frankfurt who triggered a release clause last month to sign him permanently from Benfica for €7 million.
If Frankfurt sell the 21-year-old, they can expect a solid profit. Transfermarkt.de currently values him at €55 million.
