BVB boss reveals that Raphael Guerreiro is set to sign a new deal
Raphael Guerreiro is set to sign a contract extension with Borussia Dortmund, says club boss Michael Zorc.
Borussia Dortmund have reached an agreement in principle with Raphael Guerreiro over a contract extension, sporting director Michael Zorc revealed at a press conference today.
The 25-year-old's current contract runs out at the end of the season, but Zorc expects him to put pen to paper on a new deal until 2023.
"We have continued our talks with him over the last few weeks. There is a general agreement between the club and the player about extending the contract until 2023. There are still a few details to take care of, but I'm pretty sure things will work out," Zorc told reporters.
Dortmund paid €12 million to sign Guerreiro from FC Lorient in 2016.
