RB Leipzig were held to a 2-2 draw by Heidenheim at the weekend, meaning they have now won just one of their last seven Bundesliga games.

Their poor form has led to questions being asked about the future of head coach Marco Rose, who was pressed on the criticism at his pre-match press conference ahead of Wednesday's DFB-Pokal quarter-final against Wolfsburg.

“Of course I'm always being judged, especially on results,” Rose told reporters.

“We're not playing heavenly football at the moment. It's clear that there will be criticism and questions.”

Rose is confident that this season can be a successful one for Leipzig, even if they crashed out of the Champions League in disappointing fashion and have slipped to sixth in the Bundesliga.

“If I didn't believe in it, I wouldn't be here. I believe we can make it a successful season,” he stressed.
