Sky: Stuttgart lead race for Leo Sauer

Stuttgart and Hoffenheim are working on a deal to sign Leo Sauer from Feyenoord.

VfB Stuttgart reached full agreement with Leo Sauer for a contract until 2031, Sky Sports understand. Including TSG Hoffenheim, several clubs from Europe want to hijack the move for Feyenoord star.

However, Hoffenheim are reportedly hesitant right now as they focus on the deal to sign former Wolfsburg winger Adam Daghim. Stuttgart want to complete the deal soon for a package of under  €15 million fixed plus bonuses.

The 20-year-old was one of the best players when Slovakia stunned Germany at the start of the World Cup qualifiers. The left-winger scored three goals in 29 appearances for Feyenoord in the 2025/26 campaign.
