Two outlets in Gazzetta dello Sport and Kicker have highlighted that Werder Bremen is trying to get attacker Noah Okafor on loan.

The 25-year-old is currently under contract with AC Milan in the Serie A, however he spent half of last season on loan with Napoli.

According to the report from Italy, Milan under their new coach Massimiliano Allegri, no longer plan to utilise the Swiss attacker.

The Rossoneri, however, would prefer to offload him on a permanent transfer rather than a loan, which Werder Bremen are considering.

Bremen may be put off by the fact that the Swiss failed his medical before a potential loan to RB Leipzig in January 2025.

With AC Milan keen to cash in on Okafor, a transfer to Beşiktaş might be more plausible given their financial superiority.
