Jean-Kevin Augustin is likely to join AS Monaco on loan from RB Leipzig before the transfer window closes on Monday, according to Sky.

Augustin was heavily linked with a move to Lille for a while, but Monaco have emerged as favourites to sign the 22-year-old after agreeing personal terms with the player, as per the report.

Monaco and Leipzig are yet to reach an agreement, though, with a one-year loan deal, which should include a buyout option, in question.

Augustin, 22, recently returned to training after recovering from an ankle injury.
