Bebou injury starts transfer clamour

Hoffenheim forward Ihlas Bebou has been ruled out for several months after suffering a knee injury in training this week.

Hoffenheim are already on the case regarding the search for a replacement, with the 30-year-old striker set to be sidelined for at least three months.

Bayer Leverkusen's Adam Hlozek is on the list of TSG, with the club attempting to hijack the deal between Leicester and Leverkusen. No total agreement has been reached as of yet between Bayer and the Foxes.

Bebou netted seven times and provided five assists for Hoffenheim on the way to the club's seventh-placed finish. The club are keen to act quickly after losing the forward alongside the departure of Maximilian Beier.

Hoffenheim begin their domestic season this weekend, facing Wurzburger Kickers in the first round of the DFB-Pokal.
