The Portuguese forward has been linked with multiple Bundesliga clubs throughout the early stages of the summer, and reports from BILD last week suggest that Silva had turned down an approach to join up with Wolfsburg.

It's said that the 22-year-old wants to leave Wolves permanently this summer, while carrying the preference of a club playing European football.

Silva made the switch to the West Midlands in the summer of 2020; however, his time with the Old Gold has not gone as planned.

While a talented individual, Silva was unable to stake a claim as Wolves' central striker under Nuno Espirito Santo, Bruno Lage and Gary O'Neil, while he spent time out on loan with PSV during Julen Lopetegui's stint in charge.

The forward spent last term out on loan with Spanish outfit Las Palmas, where he scored 10 goals and registered three assists in Gran Canaria.
