Cuisance's Serie B parent club Venezia FC opted to loan him out to Osnabrück yesterday. The former French youth international remarked at his unveiling that he had very much wanted to return to Germany. Cuisance - relegated twice in successive Serie A seasons with both Venezia and his latest loan club Sampdoria - had 46 top flight Bundesliga matches under his belt from his time with Bayern and Borussia Mönchengladbach. He's registered Bundesliga scorer points.
"I really wanted to return to Germany," Cuisance said at his introduction yesterday, "If you think about VfL, you immediately think about the fantastic fans and the atmospheric stadium. The club is a real traditional club and I am happy that it worked out with the transfer. The talks with those responsible at VfL gave me the good feeling right from the start that I am in the right place at the right time. I can hardly wait to play in purple and white."
